The art prints are carefully rolled and shipped in a sturdy, protective cardboard tube to safeguard them from damage.
No, we just sell Art Prints. We don't sell frames yet.
The frames are known as "baroque frames" and are crafted by hand. I suggest you explore a nearby frame store or an antique shop. Currently, we do not sell frames.
We don't provide custom services currently. The artwork is available only in the dimensions displayed on the website.
You will be sent an email containing a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched from our warehouse. Please ensure to double-check and make sure it hasn't been misdirected to your Junk folder, as emails may occasionally end up there inadvertently.
If you placed an order with us and didn't receive an order confirmation, it could be due to an incorrect email address entry. Contact us at info.maximelacost@gmail.com to verify if we have a record of your order. We'll gladly correct your email address and resend the order confirmation. In other instances, the order might not have been processed, so please reach out before making a new order to prevent duplication.
Please initiate the return process by contacting us at info.maximelacost@gmail.com. Upon registering your return, you will receive an email with instructions and the return address. Please be aware that you will be responsible for the postage and shipping costs. Ensure that your return package is securely protected.

All customers are entitled to a 14-day cooling-off period, which begins on the day of purchase, in which they can reconsider their purchases. We will refund the amount within 14 days after you cancel your order. The product you intend to return must be sent back to us within 14 days after your cancellation and must be in the same condition as when you received it. All costs related to the return are your responsibility. Contact us at info.maximelacost@gmail.com to obtain the address for shipping back your artwork.
Please note that we do not accept returns for art prints if the package has been opened because the art print can become scratched and fingerprinted. You can only return the art print if the tube remains unopened. This policy does not apply to skateboards or framed art prints.
Please be aware that due to the diversity and size of our product offering, we do not pre-print or hold any stock. Each piece is printed on demand and customized for each order. We do not have any warehouse or inventory, but we still want to offer our customers the option to return items, except for those purchased on SALE.
All orders that are bought on SALE or with a coupon code offering a discount of over 14% are not covered by our return policy on crissbellini.com. The return policy does not apply if the artwork you purchased is SOLD OUT at crissbellini.com. We do not accept returns on custom orders.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of your returned item. We will also inform you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified period of time. Please note that we do not accept returns for changes in design.
